When you look at their arm when it's at their sides and the upper arm fat doesn't pudge out. It just looks bony. Also, thin legs and no stomach pooch.

I'm trying to get down to 110. I'm 130 right now and I heard this is the "average" for our height but I have too much body fat and look chubbs. Ah I did get down to 120 but I still didn't like how I looked then

Boba drinks, I can't even have them in moderation because alot of shops don't list the calories for them. I imagine it's a lot of calories..ahh but I love it :c

Uhh probably high school. I was mad depressed and wasted my life doing nothing. It was 4 years ago and I really can't recall any particular feelings or experiences of back then, it's all just emptiness

I just did day 2 of level 1. My legs and abs hurt real bad, I can't go down the stairs without bracing myself for it. Lol, well it helps with snacking ^^

I just finished day 1! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but the weights tire me out even though I am holding 3 lbs =P Can't wait to get stronger..

Yeah I lost about 25 lbs by cutting out alot of calories and staying on my butt all day, but I've since gained 10 lbs back. I'm now only moderately cutting out calories, eating fewer carbs, and exercising. I'm tired of yoyo dieting. ;/
