Your not alone at all! It's hard if your not doing it (your significant other) and it's even harder for others when your successful. I've honestly just got used to keep telling myself why im doing this; and it's for nobody but myself!

What kind of work outs are you doing? I used to kill myself on the machines and then learned if I add in weights, slow down the machines and alter my workouts they become more effective.... Just my $.02....

You hear it all the time but it is really true... Find an exercise that you like and it won't even feel like a chore..... For me it's tennis - I started playing a couple years ago and I'm highly addicted still. I still have a gym membership but if it's not raining I will be on the court....

Just know your not alone. I have been really good and working out all the time. Clothes are getting bigger but the scale won't budge...... People keep telling me it will in fact come off and the scale will confirm it. Meanwhile I wait -

I joined the club when I was just 39 - triple by pass. Have always worked out and tried to eat well - the hereditary thing caught me. No damage to the heart as I caught it in time before failure but was darn close. I'm now on the mission to live life to the fullest while being healthy and eating clean.

Yep - I can relate - I'm a life time member of WW and It worked for me to lose weight but not keep it off. So far I'm liking the mfp and seems to work for me to track everything.... With the money I've saved on meetings etc at WW I purchased a Fitbit and new exercise clothes.... :smile:

I use the charge hr and love it so far. I play tennis and it has helped me see that I actually get little cardio and mostly fat burn when I play....

I'm a life time member of WW that let the weight creep back on. I've just started to really get focused in MFP but I can tell you that things I've learned at WW definitely carry over....

I'm in sales but I'm in my vehicle similar to you. I usually have 4-5 smaller meals spread out and try to pack my own as much as I can.
