i used this app starting December 31, 2013. I was 205 lbs, 36 waist, and feeling miserable. Strictly by using the app and exercising I dropped 25 lbs in 2 months and I am now a 32 slim. I am 46 but have more energy than most people in their 20s. I noticed that I was able to maintain the weight lose rather easy as now I understood what I was putting into this body.
