Actually its already sweet enough cause the bananas are ripe but I like to top mines with peanut butter or almond butter =)

Prepare and bake some other fishes such as salmon, tilapia, pollock, or even chicken,etc and spice it up with your favorite seasonings. I use 5lbs then switch to 8lbs dumbells, just depending on what exercises you do. I've noticed a lil toning on my arms but not so defined since I only started being serious about it for a month.

I'm actually trying the calorie cycling right now. Some days I eat less, other days I eat more when I work out

Thank you for your input. I do agree with you that MFP suggests the calories but I still stay at the same weight. I've been trying to lessen my caloric intake for a week, then the next week I increase it. Just testing how my body reacts if there are any changes.

I snack on nuts (pistachios, cashews, almonds), fruits (like apple, banana, strawberries, cherries), hummus with whole wheat pitas or carrots, hard-boiled eggs, 1 tblspn of peanut butter with whole grain toasts...it varies for me to pass the hunger
