Please don't compare the Atkins diet to a vegetarian diet. One CAN be healthy, the other, no way.

Do it! Yesterday was my second day. I plan on keeping it up - straight through. I found that actually "doing" the exercise on the second day was easier for me than all the "oh I don't think I can do it because I'm so sore" thoughts I had all day.

I started the 30 Day Shred last night. My form was not good, but I completed the course. There was one time, however, that I needed to take a 3 second break - while doing jumping jacks. I'm pretty sore, but know the soreness will go away. The pushups are almost impossible for me. Look forward to tonight!
