My weigh in is tomorrow. I gained a bit over the 2 1/2 week period since last weigh in... but really hoping for maintance as of tomorrow! I have a weekend full of family and food this weekend goal is to maintain then as of Monday kicking it into gear again! ZUMBA today - great burn!

My truth... 1. I'm completely obscessed with the number on the scale. I haven't weighed in since before Christmas and it's killing me. 2. I started Zumba in December and also love it! I haven't been in a while with the holiday and last night I had a migraine - so no class for me. I am so excited to get back tonight! It's a great burn too! Good for you!

I do not have rewards chart, but I make goals in terms of overall time line when I'd like to lose weight. They are generally holiday/birthday related. Have a date in mind versus an item makes it more tangible and real for me.

Focus on lifestyle changes... cut out that desert - replace a high calorie beverage with water... replace a few TV shows with some walking or a trip to the gym. Learn to move more and you'll realize that as you get into a routine you see steady progress. Maybe not 12# but more progress over time! GOOD LUCK

I did it earlier this fall and no real results. I've been doing a weight loss challenge in town and having others to motivate is really helping. The pumpkin soup sounds wonderful! I use butternut squash and bake with apples and walnuts - the receipe is suposed to have butter and brown sugar but I have starting just tossing in about a tablespoon of olive oil and bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes - a great dish which lasts all week!
