How to account for Fitness Classes and Videos
Hi - I am going to be going to a Bar Sculpt class this weekend. I do not have a hrm so I was wondering how people count classes such as this. Eating Out - Italian
Good Morning! I'm going out to an Italian Restaurant tonight. Their menu is not online, so my calories will be guesses. I'm thinking a side salad w/ no dressing and chicken marsala - is this the best choice for a "generic" italian place? Any suggestions?

Couting Calories Burned

Greek yogurt With SF Pudding
Just made the best snack... 0% Greek yogurt with a little SF pistachio pudding powder mixed in. A fantastic snack and filled with protein! YUM!

Bar Sculpt Class Thoughts
Good Morning! I am thinking of starting a Bar Sculpt class one morning a week. I have not done any toning/weight lifting in quite a while, I figure it's a good way to get started! Any thougths on this? Anyone have experience with one of these classes? Molly
