Another newbie with questions

Hi everyone, I'm Selani because all the usual names I like were taken so this will have to do lol
I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight, just trim some areas I'm not very happy with so I'm doing a bit more excersise and watching what I eat a teensy bit more. I figure this will at least keep me honest because if I am telling myself *Oh what will one handful of chips hurt* I can actually look and see just that.
I've done a bit of hunting around and either I"m missing the obvious or the info isn't there so I'd like to ask a possibly stupid question.
So I have set my account up to Active because I work on my feet between a kitchen and front counter most of the day. So that means I don't log the hours I spend doing that right? I only log in the hour I spend hiking around the local nature reserve on my daily walk?

Welcome! You're correct, just log extra exercise such as a hike.0

That's right. Only count the exercise you deliberately set out to do, rather than your daily routine, as the 'lightly active' setting has already accounted for that.
I will add though that if you are generally happy with your size and 'just trim some areas' like you said, you may want to look into weight lifting.0
