I'm in. I have struggled to continue to log onto MFP the past few months because of an extremely busy life and I guess I haven't made me a priority but I am hoping this will get me back on track. I will do yesterdays and todays together. Also, someone had told me that once a post reaches so many pages MFP locks the thread. I don't know if that is true. Maybe someone should make a group so we can post in there? Just a suggestion. Again thanks for the challenge0

Hi there, I think its meant to be all at once, BUT I could be wrong, a friend of mine started this on facebook so I thought it would be great to put it on here. I am going to do them all at once...100 is intense I think thats why they have you work your way up....Its a challenge...lets get that booty! Whatever you prefer Im sure will work...I am not sure the right answer but I'm challenging myself to do them all at once0 -

May I still join this challenge? I did the 20 for yesterday & 25 for today...both w/8 lb weights. My weights at home...the next step of weights will be 15 lbs so hopefully by the end of the challenge I can be using them.
