  • Anyone that wants can add me. My little boy is turning 1 on the 9th. The first year just flew by. I've lost almost 50lbs since I had him and wanting to lose around another 90-100lbs. I'll be 28 on the 6th.
  • I have cheat days on my weekend off. So every other weekend. But on those days I just eat without a deficit not over that if I want to. In the long run it would at most make a half pound difference so I still make progress.

  • My opinion is, it's just a ring. You shouldn't have to wear it if you don't want to. I don't wear mine all the time either, I don't see any issues with it.
  • Most likely the afford it part is bull. Me and the Hubby buy healthy foods for 100-150 dollars a month. If we stopped eating out completely that would add another 50-150 to that amount monthly.   • I've only played since the end or so off WOTLK and don't see the addiction with it. I can play 10-12 hours one day to not play at all for a few days. I take short breaks when it gets too repetitive, because it's just gets boring sometimes. Overall it's a fun game and I find it relaxing most of the time.
