Well, I dont think that sounds like too much food but if you feel it is too much then try adding more fat. You dont eat much and its the most satiating. Fry those eggs and have some fatty meat with it (I like chorizo, homemade kind). Put butter or hollandaise on those veggies it tastes better and dont even bother limiting…

I eat primal and my family is Mexican..honestly I dont even try because I cant win. Also, I only see them 1-2 times a year. If you see them more often than that I could see how it would be a problem though. I think taking a dish i a good idea. I didn't read all the posts, so sorry if someone else said something like this before, but mine stayed the same size relatively to my body. So if you like the way they look on your frame, with any luck you might not have smaller cups relative to your size after you lose some weight. Everyone is different though.

Yeah, eating beforehand helps me too. Also, reminding myself of my fitness goals helps too. I've gone to a few party lately, and Ill admit, I did eat some potato chips but I only ate a palm full because I was not hungry. Also, decide how many drinks you'll have beforehand, and remember that alcohol is bad for your health…

Agreed! I love those cauliflower crust pizzas!! Its just close enough to cut out the craving. Also, if you make them at home, use thin crust and little sauce as others said and more Parmesan cheese than mozzarella, it has more flavor so you can use less! Lol! I also do laps to the fridge for cardio:wink: Really though, I only do cardio activities I like, and I do them spontaneously. I hike maybe 2 in a month...thats about it. When Im somewhere that has a beach (about half the year) I go to the beach and swim a handful of times a month as well.
