I don't think I will ever enjoy 'exercising' and I am always so happy to be done. I have found something that works for me and I am committed to doing it 30 min. 3x a week. I've lost 43 pounds since past October. I'd rather pull weeds but it doesn't have the same results as walking the TreadClimber.

I started at 5 min at a time on the treadclimber, huffing and puffing. Now I do 30 min 3 times a week. Started 1 year ago.

I call mine 'no calorie count' days. I still log. Sometimes I go way over and sometimes I don't. Works for me.
