  • nuts :) raw nuts. good oils, good proteien and high in calories. i used to buy raw cashes get an olive oil spray and roast my own so no added salt :) or i also believe that very dark chocolate is a good one- one of the 70% cocoa ones. i love this site, the community helps really well :)
  • where do you get an accurace (and what is) MFP goal? :) i get 1200 calories but always do about an hour of fast dog walking a day and then wnat to do more exersice but hold back as i seem to end up with the idea that i'm goign to have to eat a massive plate of food at 10pm :) thanks :)
