  • I too have a real petite frame and absolutely no shoulders and there for I can carry tops with my super tall 9 year old who wears 10's and 12 tops. She is tall and skinny.. I do have hips and behind, but the hip portion is less noticeable when my weight is down. I love to exercise and the more intense the exercise the…
  • I got one for the birth of twin girls years ago in my defense it was also our 5th wedding anniversary and I had been through hell to conceive. It was a wedding band I always wanted and I wear it daily.
  • On mornings I exercise I come home from the gym and have a spoonful of almond butter to get some protein and fat in before I get ready and that is usually around 7am. By 8am if not a little before I have a smoothie with Isagenix protein in it. I have typically been hungry around10-:10:30 and I have begun to think its…

  • Okay not to sound dumb, Math isn't my thing. So without knowing my body fat percentage i need to multiply my goal weight which in this case is 100 pounds times .8 to get the amount of protein i need? Thanks for the quick responses.
  • Hi all. I am a week into this and realizing after reading some posts that MFP protein levels are way to low especially since I go over them daily. How can you figure out the right amount of protein and carbs for your body and weight loss goals? Thanks
  • Thanks for all the info. How do I know what I should be eating carb and protein wise? My trainer has told me continually my body holds onto fat since i dont eat lots of carbs. It makes sense to a degree but really aren't carbs the enemy?
