My trainer emailed me this smoothie recipe book, so if anyone wants a copy, let me know! It's awesome, TONS of different kinds and the nutritional data included in the back!

    Hi there. I would love a copy of it. I need some more smoothie suggestions. I am such a boring eater and not creative at all.
