Nothing. If you lost a lot of weight, the excess skin stays. Your skin just stretches so much. If you lost a little, I don't think you even get a flab, ever. You should watch some weight loss programs on Discovery Health channel :)

I just did it! I could not follow along half the time! My moves were so bad... haha.. well I guess I will learn the moves in time. I did 3.5 of them. I did half of the dance workout. I hate water too! I absolutely HATE it. It makes me feel sick to my stomach. The most I drink is 1-2 glasses a day. The rest comes from mixing water with juices, which taste too sweet to me anyway.

Really? Oh that's great news! I love eggs! I need to eat them in the morning now because school started and I get hungry in minutes after I get to class in the morning.

Work out the extra calories :) It lets you eat extra! I go over 200-300 calories myself but then burn them off plus extra.

Hmm maybe you measured yourself when you're at your heaviest? I know I shouldn't even look at a scale after breakfast :D

Fruits are NATURAL and good for you :) I wouldn't worry about sugars in those one bit :)

Determine the amount of calories in food if there is no way to determine it? For example, if you're eating at a restaurant or at someone's house? Apparently I did good today but I don't think my calorie count is right...
