I am totally willing to email a belly picture to someone if they can really tell me if it's just skin or fat. I am NOT posting a bare belly picture here(not brave enough, lol) but I often wonder if it's all skin or mostly fat. I can't really tell.

So glad I am not the only one ladies!! I hate hate HATE that stupid flap hanging down. It makes me look awkward because I look skinny in my clothes but then my bottom tummy looks bigger than the rest of me. *Sigh* :sad:

Omg, going to have to try the nutella!!! I only eat the Fage 2% plain, but I think adding some nutella is a fantastic idea.

I lost almost 100 pounds on WW prior to getting pregnant with my third child. It worked for me, but when I started losing PP weight again, I didn't feel like paying when I could do this for free. So I tried it, and I love MFP!! It works even better and for free!

Started out at 250 pounds. Mainly just did Wii games(Just Dance in particular) for a few hours a night. I played with my husband and friends so it was more fun than anything. About two months ago I started running as well. I run 5 days a week. I am currently 159 pounds.

It's a myth that you need to eat breakfast. Your body isn't going to go into starvation mode because you chose to eat your first meal at noon rather than 6, 7, or 8am.

Oh and juicing can be healthy, but I don't see that as a lifestyle one could maintain forever.

I like to chew my food. That's not to say I don't enjoy homemade juices, I own a juicer. But I don't replace meals with it. I chew my meals and drink my juices. Good for your friend but most of that is probably water weight.

W2 D2 finished!! I switched gears and went to a park with a trail with more hills then my usual park trail I do. It caused my time to increase and my distance to decrease more than yesterday but I think it helped make it an awesome work out and build my endurance. Enjoyed it a lot.

Don't focus on the scale numbers. They are deceiving. Focus on the inches you are losing! That's awesome that the inches are coming off and say a great deal more than that pesky little number. Inches off....GOOD! Even when the scale isn't moving.

Umm, no! You should be eating back your exercise calories. Continue doing that. Say you work out burning 300-400 calories, you are eating 1500 a day. So that leaves you with a net of 1100-1200 calories eaten for that day. Eat back those calories!!

For me it was day one. But the thing is it wasn't so much the RUNNING as it was everything else. When I am out there doing my run/walk, I am outside, by myself, in my own head, listening to my running playlist. It's peaceful, I can be lost in my thoughts, and push my body. I love it. If I were on a treadmill in a gym doing…

Slice lengthwise, but not all the way through. Split enough to sprinkle a few chocolate chips and mini marshmallows in it. Wrap in foil and put in the oven until it gets warm and gooey. Mmmm, such a decadent rich treat.
