I get serve headaches from MSG so I always ask its not rude and to make sure they don't lie to you say your allergic. I do it all the time

I teach swim lessons to I never record that in my exercise because I feel like its just like standing on your feet everyday. Try only loggin your actual exercises not teaching

You have to know yourself if you aren't hungry I say don't eat. But for me I usually force myself to have something small because if I don't I'll end up being starving later and go crazy. If you do t have that problem Then don't eat

I feel the same way. I've been working out and trying to eat right everyday. In the summer I know I'll tone up because of all the activity I do but for some reason during the year my results won't stay and I can't make my goal. I don't know what it is but it's super annoying

i put moderately active because I walk everywhere but in class I sit a lot so I figured that would be a balance. I guess I just don't know how to long a bite of this or feel silly logging a 3 minute walk

I have a rubbermaid one it's 32 oz. I drink atleast 8 of them a day I just fill it up throughtout the day. If I have a smaller bag though I have a 24oz one. Both are from Target for about 10 bucks. My rooommate has a really cool one from Target it has a straw that pops up its 24oz

i read Naturally Thin and Skinny Girl Dish I can't wait to read A Place of Yes. Naturally Thin helped me lose 30 pounds. For me I was already doing all of her rules but stopped when I came to college and didn't realize. It puts what you should be doing into perspective and on paper I found it great. Enjoy!
