Exercise calories eat back or no?
Are you supposed to eat your exercise calories or not. I thought that was the point of working out if you eat them back why workout?

I went over my calories today kind of by a lot. I feel really bad I haven't gone over in awhile. This morning I also felt like I've gained weight (I don't have a scale so I can't tell). Do you really log everything like everything thing you put in your mouth and what you do? I walk all the time I live on a pretty big campus but I usually don't log the 5 to 10 minute walks that I do multiple times a day on campus. haven't been eating well lately help please
th past few weeks i have not been eating that well. ive been trying to balance it with more exercising and munching on veggies during the day but i feel like its not helping. i keep eating large amounts of chocolate and sweets. ive been under a lot of stress lately so i feel like that part of it. any suggestions?

how do you stay on track when it's that time of the month? for about a week i feel like all i want to do all day is eat and usually i do lots and lots of chocolate and salt. any tips that have helped you stay on track then? thanks!
