I went over my calories today kind of by a lot. I feel really bad I haven't gone over in awhile. This morning I also felt like I've gained weight (I don't have a scale so I can't tell). Some mornings I feel like this and it's not weight gain it's usually just bloat but I don't know. I don't know if my exercise calories burned are accurate so maybe I am eating too much because it's wrong. Maybe I'm just stressed and am feeling bad about myself. Anyone else feel this way?

    Everyone has bad days - just keep on track. I've lost over 65 pounds in the last year. I go up and down.

    Pay attention to what you eat and how you feel. Certain food will keep you feeling light and lean, other food will make you feel heavy and bloated.

    There are also several diet porducts and suppliments that help. Be careful though - I'd say about 80% don't work, or cannot work long term. Anything that sounds too good to be true, is. Stick with something that talks about the long term.
