rest days are completely important... a person trains religiously... your body & central nervous system need time to recover and be ready for the next training session you have... constant training will wear a body down, make em tired....rest... luther

if i see anyone with bad form, i try to help them... some may or may not appreciate the help. most people know me in my facility and know i'm good help and knowledge. step in and give advice when needed..

your metabolism, brain memory, & body, consider it like a computer... all computers can be programed.. train and program your body.... my metabolism is ridiculously FAST. i've trained it to slow down just a bit..

its not about motivation....its committing yourself and putting forth the dedication towards your goal.....as a great trainer Elliott Hulse would say, motivation is B.S.

cardio......YES.. wanna sweat? wear a hoodie and sweat pants....sweat=calories=#'s lost.. :)

i use sometimes... it's really not a needed supplement to be consuming.. the best source of protein, FOOD..... clean foods.
