i had the fitbit zip last year and loved it I just upgraded today for the fitbit one and cant wait to try the sleep function. I did get a garmin vivofit yesterday and didn't like it(used it overnight and wasn't happy as its nearly double the price) so I took it back and got the one I love it so far

maybe because you know whats coming it feels easier maybe push yourself a little harder next time. take note of how many of a certain exercise you can do in the time and see if you can do a few more next time.

im not allowed to put any pressure on my foot so need to do sitting lying exercises. swimming would be ok but cant get to a heated pool as im in Australia its winter here even though this week hasn't felt like it don't think I want to go to an outdoor pool.

i always measure with my bra on otherwise I would know were to measure as they don't sit the same when not controlled. also if you do measure in a bra make sure its the same bra each time as different bra will make them sit a little differently. I always measure when in my sports bra to be consistant

Yeah but when the bag cost me over $45aud I cant really just through it out. its a protein powder. I have seen a nutritionist and am on a plan through her and don't see her again till next week so trying to get some ideas to make it more drinkable

I usually go for a white spirit and soda water and lime. great taste and hardly any calories. or I drink a low calorie wine mixed with soda water

I use them in my smoothies and also make breakfast puddings with them 4 tbs with a cup of coconut milk overnight in the fridge and than if you like(I don't but my kids do add a little bit of raw cacoa for extra taste or even a few chopped nuts).

when adding a recipe I weigh and measure everything I put the pan or a bowl on the scales and have an exact weight on everything even if its a liquid I will add it as say a tablespoon in mfp but still take its weight so when all the ingredients are in the recipe section I will add all the weights and than divide by 100.…

i use both i have a fitbit zip for tracking everything but Heart Rate and i also use a HRM with chest strap. i used to use the Polar FT4 but now i have a timex. if you use both together its great. i paid around $80 Australian for my HRM and $50 Australian for the fitbit. so are quite cheap
