I don't have a success story yet! But I'm 5'3 and would love to get some motivation and workout/diet tips please. I'm not sure what I weigh.. Maybe 140? Not a muscular 140 either.

HamsterManV2- not sure what half squats are exactly. Just standard "prisoner" squats. So not all the way down.. I did 20, rest for 10-20 seconds, Etc. Thanks for all of the suggestions! Until I get surgery, (no time soon) - $120 or so is a small price to pay to feel a little better about wearing a swimsuit! Maybe I'll get a couple now, so if I don't like them I can exchange them before our trip. Thanks again!

Thanks everyone.. I can do arm weights.. Not sure about anything else. :( Pzarnosky, it's like on my knee cap on the top part of it. I've also noticed a lump- almost looks like bone but don't think it is- on the knee cap on the center, maybe a bit lower.. This sucks!!!

I suppose I may have had more sodium than normal yesterday, but not a crazy amount... I haven't increased my exercise, but need to. I hope to start increasing tomorrow. There were a few... The biggest one was when my wedding rings wouldn't fit anymore..:( The saddest time... Also, I saw some pics of myself and my face looked huge! And my arms.. Sooooo depressing.....:( This is my very first post btw.
