I mashed up some steamed cauliflower and mixed in cubed avocado and Parmesan cheese. Added a little cayenne and onion powder and it was delicious.

It's a great workout. Last year, I lost 50lbs by pairing that with her No More Trouble Zones workout. They are great and since I use them on youtube, when I get bored with the order of the circuits, I just put them on in different order.

I usually peel and remove the seeds from mine, then chop into pieces and coat with apple cider vinegar and milled flaxseed. Occasionally, if I have the calories, I'll add some olive oil.

I use Yogi green tea when I feel like binging, it also helps me keep my calories low if I have it with a meal or right before eating.

I'm not lactose intolerant, but I don't do much dairy except cheese and yogurt. For milk, I drink Hemp Milk. It's healthy and tastes great. There is also Tempt ice cream that is made with hemp. I've only had the chocolate but it was amazing.

I was able to lose without cutting it out completely, but cutting back. I would only limit myself to 1 night a week of drinking, and I would have something healthy before to help curb the "drunk munchies" that happen after drinking a lot. This time last year I lost 50lbs without one. Now I'm back because I put 26 of those 50lbs back on. I think I avoided them because I would go one day (usually Saturday) every week and not count calories. I lost 50lbs last year by just doing DVDs at home. I had 2 Jillian Michaels DVDs and hand weights. I'm finally back to finish losing the last 30lbs and plan to do it the same way. I find it easier to workout only at home. No finding time or excuses to make it or not to the gym. You have everything you need right there.

I drink every Friday night and most Saturday nights. Doesn't effect anything for me. I lost 50lbs a year ago without giving it up. Everything in moderation. Now that I'm back and trying to reach my final goal, I still don't see a reason to give it up.

Beer. I only drink on the weekends and try to keep my food calories where they are normally.

I started at 194, and my lowest weight was 144 in these photos. I'm on here again for getting off the wagon and this time I want to hit my goal of 130.

I mix mine with avocados. 1.5c water to a boil, add 1c quinoa, simmer 15 mins. I cut up half an avocado and mix it in, then add pepper, chili powder, cayenne. and garlic powder. It's delicious!!

My highest loss was 50. I started at 194 and hit 144 in March. I tend to get off track, so it took me about a year I think. (here's to hoping the photo fits/works)

Welcome - I am also on for another go 'round. I was able to lose 50lbs back in March but have gotten way off track and put about 15 back on. This time I'm here to reach my goal before my May wedding. I'm also a mom. Fried request sent :)
