  • *Bump* anyone? Helpful hints, suggestions... etc I work out 3 to 5 times a week. I don't do a whole lot, as I have a problem with my sciatic nerve but I do 10mins of cardio and then about 5 mins of strength mostly weight lifting (less then 15lbs) but I still see no progress... I mean yes I have gone from 156 to 142lbs...…
  • Yeah, I wouldn't buy food with coupons because they only have sales on unhealthy boxed foods. Im talking about personal care, hair makeup, body wash products etc.
  • I have had the same problem since my husband lost his job, however I find if you buy in bulk and you buy vegetables whole and just cut them down to an edible size you save more money. And when you need to get the more expensive things like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and such just budget for it then freeze them.…
  • Measure yourself. If you have worked out 11 days out of 14 and are eating well and exercising you should see some difference in even that little of time. Try measuring your waist, hips etc. Don't look at a scale as often
  • Most I have ever done on a Christmas dinner was about 2700 calories, and thats because I had cake and pie -_- I am just wondering what everyone does around these times. I usually eat what I want. I have never been a big eater
  • My rule is. I don't shop in the middle 6 isles of any store. I tend to stick to the surrounding walls of the store which are usually bakery, dairy, protiens, then fruits and vegetables. Also if it comes in a package inside of a box chances are it isn't good for you, and if you buy frozen veggies or fruits and they dont…

  • I think if you feel the need to search his phone, computer etc. that in itself is a RED FLAG in the relationship and not because he may be cheating but you may be overly attached the point your insecurities are taking over. You may be the red flag or he may be, either way this isn't a healthy relationship.
  • I blamed my husband for a long time.... He can eat almost anything at it really takes him months to pack it on if he does at all... We have two beautiful children and for a while I blamed them too... I was really bitter and hateful to all of my friends who were skinny, had a baby and went right back to skinny... I was even…
  • I think thick is something good if you are toned! I am no size 5 and I doubt I will ever be, but I just want to be as healthy as possible, not have cellulite and look good and feel good in the clothes I WEAR :)
  • I have a significant other (Hubby) and he is actually more into it that me. He can work out strict 30-45mins a day doing heavy cardio and weight lifting. I on the other hand struggle to do 10 minutes, twice a week.... I weigh less then him of course, but I am over my healthy BMI.. I am what you would call the bad…

I don't believe in extreme exercise or fad diets, or starving yourself because like I said I like to eat!! :) feel free to add me
