  • I saw (on pinterest) a saying that says if you are tired of starting over - - don't quit. Every time I have thought about quitting I remind myself that I don't want to start over.   • I am all in!!! Ready to lose 22 lbs. That is 1.5 lbs a week. My plan is to journal every single day and to exercise a minimum of 3 times a week. I hope to get encouragement from this group!!!!!
