Hi! I’m also a stay at home mom that lost weight with MFP in the past and looking to do it again. Please add me.

Looks like we can really motivate each other.

I have also started working on a low sugar diet. I did good for 3-4 days and felt so much better, but completely fell off the wagon. It's so hard. I had a hot chocolate this morning and it had 20g of sugar. The recent announcement that the WHO is pushing for 25g of added sugar for adults has inspired me to do some research…

Wow! How did you do it? That's basically my heaviest and my goal weight.

Feel free to add me. Life got in the way of my goals so I'm getting back on the wagon.

I'm also looking for somebody to help keep me motivated and accountable. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I could definitely use some new friends.

I kind of fell off the wagon this month and need to be held accountable again. Feel free to add me as well.

I kind of lost my way this month. My sister came for a visit so I had a lot of treats. My husband and I decided to put our house up on the market and buy a new one. At some point, working out and making healthy food choices became less and less of a priority. I would love to have you add me as a friend and be my…

Great job on the weight loss! 16lbs is impressive. Feel free to add me.

All I can say is "WOW!" You look amazing. Keep up the hard work.

15lbs is the exact amount I want to lose before New Year's Day. I completely understand about needing some friends to help you on this journey. You can add me if you want. Oh and I'm from Alberta.

I'm in, too! SW: 159 UGW: 145 It's only 5lbs a month. Sounds so small, but it's going to be challenge. I also want to improve my 5k time and just tone tone tone.

I meant to say that I'm actually sticking to the 1200-1400 calories a day instead of cheating every other day so that's why I'm losing weight.

I found it to be a hard workout. I had trouble with all the plank variations. I changed my diet to 1200-1400 calories. Ok, that was always the plan. I contribute any weightloss to my eating habits. I did lose 1.5 inches off my arms, but that's really the only place. I'm sure we'll see a big difference after Level 2. We…

If you enjoy it, then it's definitely worth doing.

That's good! It means the work out is working. As long as it is the kind of hurt that comes from using muscles you haven't used in a while.
-
Keep up the hard work. It's obviously paying off. You look great.

It went great! I have very little upper body strength so I stuck with the modified push-ups. I hope to be doing regular push-ups by Day 30. Since it's been a while since I did strength training, I kept my weights low at 2lbs. I figure I can build them up as I go. It must have been the right weight because I'm sore, but not…
