You know I never thought about it like that but it's so damn true. The fatter I'm getting, the less I really can do, and the stuff I can do I'm stressed out about it being a problem because of my size.

Been going at it for a month now. Lost 10 pounds and plan on losing another 100. Already down 30 total. I'm on every day multiple times a day.

I need some new friends! I did really good for a while and lost 60lbs but then fell off the wagon and put 30lbs back on. I'm back to get on track again and start losing. Feel free to add me!

I couldn't bend down to tie my shoe without completely losing my breath. There were a lot of other reasons such as to be able to play with my kids more and such, but the losing breath while tying my shoe was the final thing to happen before I started to lose weight.

Chips and pizza. I can down a whole bag of chips without even second thinking it. Pizza is probably just as bad as chips, if not worse.

I was in a place very similar to yours. Fat and sad. Tried multiple "diets" and such and just never could stick with them and the results kind of sucked. It is much easier to use pre-package foods for logging lol. What I've done in the past for foods like this is go to multiple websites that do calories for foods, then get the average of the food. Whatever works for you is whats best for you. I personally am happy just to see the scale less than what it was before. Steak cooked over charcoal to a good medium rare. Garlic buffalo wings. Curly fries. Deep dish pepperoni pizza. Publix fudge brownies and a slice of ultimate chocolate cake. I think I would die fat and happy with that as my last meal lol.

Try combining it with something you really like. For me personally I go for a 30-60 minute walk during my lunch break at work. Well I'm going to be walking almost all day Saturday. So for Sunday I'm going to borrow those extra calories and be a complete fat *kitten*. Chips, Dip, wings and whatever else goes down the hatch. Then comes Monday I'll be back to eating good.

I'm at my desk almost all day as well and for me it's as simple as bringing my own lunch and calculating what I bring before hand. I can't snack on food that isn't there. I would say chips were definitely one of my addiction foods and this is exactly what I've done. I think I've purchase snack size chips maybe 4 times in the 2 1/2 months I've been losing weight. I just don't have it around and now I could really care less about having chips.

Swimming is a very good exercise for any size person.

Pizza is a food that I will almost loose all control over myself. I have to utilize all restraint possible to not eat more than two slices of pizza, which fails at times. It's one of the foods that I'm trying to bring back into my diet slowly because I know it's a food that is a huge weakness for me.

I use to be totally against crockpot use but I have really changed my mind. Ours can be set to 10 hours slow cook so check it out. Grilled pork chops, baked chicken, grilled chicken, chicken and rice, pork chops and rice, taco's, spaghetti, breakfast for dinner.
