I started 11-30-11 and have taken one rest day. I still modify a lot of the moves, but I guess they're still working... I'm down one pound, 1/2" off arms, 1/2" off waist and 1" off hips. I was hoping to lose more weight, but I'm satisfied with losing inches, too!!!

You can add breast feeding in your food diary. Type it in like you would a food and it will come up with multiple options. It will show as a positive number so you end up with more calories.
