Alright guys and gals. What's the best work out for my money?

    Lol imma student with little time, but I do walk my dogs every morning at five!

    a pair of decent running shoes, some decent hand weights, ''youtube/google/mfp forums'' and a decent attitude.

    ummm gym membership...i only pay 20 dollars a month in a retro fitness. They don't have classes or pools or saunas but all i need and everyone ever needs is some barbells, dumbbells and a squat rack

    You can get decent mileage out of a well-written bodyweight program, if you can't afford a gym membership.

    If you want to workout at the gym sometimes, call your city hall and see if they have a free gym. Where I live, we have a free gym. I use to go to it years ago. Now, I have my own personal gym at my house.
