Yes- it integrates with MFP and links information both directions. You log food and exercise on MFP then Fitbit counts steps and sleep (one of my favorite parts). It is awesome!

I think for women it is often a combination of the strong natural instinct to be a caretaker (not a sad thing just something to manage) and from my perspective I started my career in a field that is traditionally very male dominated and there was always the need to do that extra to get the same notice as my male…

Same here- about 20 down so far (most of it before I joined this site) and really, really want the rest off!!!

I have found it easy to follow for the most part. I spend around 85/week for the food (the visit and consulting are part of the cost). It is pricey but it does work. I have lost around 19 pounds total and over 20 inches (4 from waist and over 5 from each thigh). With kids and a busy career it is simple enough to follow but…
