Eat them occasionally. They are more processed than some other choices and can be high in sodium. But much better that eating fast food. Have a few on hand help me to stay under wen I'm tempted to run to Chick fil a for lunch.

My body seems to love 217-218lbs and the 210-212. I change up my work outs to move past the stalls and plateaus. I try to throw in something I haven't done in awhile. I walk a lot so adding a little jogging during my walks helps.

herbs and spices. I don't always log mustard or hot sauce. But I log all other condiments. Ketchup, ranch, honey mustard etc. all have plenty of calories.

I have the same issue and I agree with this post. Try to take the pressure off your toe occasionally. Also, I have very rectangular toes but not a wide foot. I were either Asics or Saconey shoes b/c they are wider in the toes. I have had fewer issue with these brands.

My favorite low cal dinners are stir-fry (no rice or measure 1/4 - 1/2 cup of rice) And taco salad. Weight the cheese skip the sour cream and use taco bell sauce or hot sauce on the salad. Or go for a walk :)

I keep 70% dark chocolate at my desk to keep the sugar craving at bay. It keeps me away form the cookie this time of year. I also keep dried cranberries and 100cal packs of nuts like almond and walnuts. I pack extra fresh fruit in my lunch each day. I sit it out on my desk to remind me I have a healthy snack if I need it.

Get Both you and your husband should get tested. I starting trying when I was 27 and probably cannot get pregnant w/o medical help. I'm 34 now. Interesting. We keep distilled water in the house for my husbands CPAP and for our sump pump battery back up. So it has it's uses, but I don't drink it. Might start using it for my neti pot.

I finally made this soup over the weekend. It is so good. I used regular butter and regular cheese instead of low fat so it had a few more calorie but it was amazing and still very reasonable on the calories. About 360 for 2 cups.
