try to log vegetables its harder though because its chopped up and added to dishes. If its a salad that's easier. I log all fruits because I eat so many a day and need to watch sugar.

bought one last year for the first time. Felt kind of insecure about wearing it and seeing fat around my stomach when I was sitting or laying down. Working that off so that this year I can rock that bikini!

I basically eat crackers,cheese,cookies/sweets all month (like three sweets a day we have all these cookies, cakes and candies) and then get back to my regular diet. I only gained 1/2 lb because I'm maintaining my exercise and trying my hardest to maintain calorie's but its so hard!

105-108lb (5'0) not sure about fat percent. Started in October of last year when I could see it.

I like a combination of skinny and athletic. Everyone can't have the idea body though. It depends on body structure. I look more like the skinny girl while my sister has more of an athletic build. Don't envy anyone for their body. Work towards making your own body the best it can be.

at least 60 minutes of moderate cardio 4 days a week, plus I walk around a lot for work and always take a 15 minute walk every day. on the weekends is usually 90 minutes.

Please seek help for exercise bulimia. If you eat under 1200 calories with 2 or more hours of exercise you could be setting yourself up for major problems in the future.

Try finding something to detract yourself from eating out of emotional or physical stress. I go for a walk/ jog,exercise, drink tea, drink water, read a book or talk to someone. Some times though its hard to not run right to the food as an emotional comfort.

Here I am reading this again because I really need it. I have to learn to just go with the flow and eat in moderation without restricting or going over.

I feel like I kinda have ED tendencies when it comes to counting. Even before starting here I had done calorie counts and only came up 1000-1400 before I even knew what I was doing.
