Do u feel bad if u have a treat like chocolate but it is still within your daily limit.
I've had two club milk bars and feel like I'm after bingeing.

I always feel guilty... about something.0

Which bars?0

Never. Guilt is one major reason I failed at losing weight and getting fit so many times in the past. I'm over guilt. Food is not "bad".0

Only after sex.
A guy feeling guilty after sex.
Bwahahahaha
No, never guilt for a little chocolate if it fits in my numbers.0 -
Not usually. If I did it often and was skimping on vegetables or nutrients to eat it, I probably would. But occasionally, or if it wasn't causing me to be deficient is something else, then nope.0

Absolutely not. Eating food does not warrant guilt.0

a bit but i know i really shouldnt be0

Guilty about what? Eating?
By that logic, I should feel guilty putting gas in my car when it's empty or low. Food is fuel.
Eat food, if you want chocolate and can afford the calories, then eat some chocolate. Would I advice filling up the whole day with chocolate..no. But having some from time to time will help you stay on track.
Eat food, real food, exercise, lift some weights, stay within your goals about 90% of the time and then go hog wild upon occasion if the need arises, i.e. birthday party with close friends, Thanksgiving, Christmas, office party, or you know...just life basically.0 -

Nope! I never feel guilty. In fact I feel a wee bit mad if I DIDN'T have a small treat every day :drinker:0

I used to, but now I don't. I don't view food as a reward or punishment anymore. That has been one major thing that has helped me to lose weight.0
