I like the Mrs. Dash spices...add pizazz without sodium. I've been using the Spray butter flavoring on mine and that helps some too.

I just got the Leslie Sansone dvd last week. I go the "WALK AWAY THE POUNDS for your week" with 5 different work-outs. I've done the 15min mile one a few times now but on Thurs and Fri tried the 30min 2 mile track...I built up quite a sweat! I agree that they are great to do inside when the weather is cold and snowy.…
