How long is a walk away the pounds tape

My VCR is broken and so I was wondering how long does it take to do the 1 mile tape?

Usually one mile is about 15 min. if its just walking and no intervals of jogging. Figure it at 4 mph0

Yep it's usually about 15 minutes to do the one mile! I love doing those.....I have her 1, 2 3, and 4 mile dvd's and do them when the weather is bad!0

I just got the Leslie Sansone dvd last week. I go the "WALK AWAY THE POUNDS for your week" with 5 different work-outs. I've done the 15min mile one a few times now but on Thurs and Fri tried the 30min 2 mile track...I built up quite a sweat! I agree that they are great to do inside when the weather is cold and snowy.
