Yeah, that post big exercise gain always happens to me. I make it a good next day or 2 and it recovers nicely

I am loving this message board. I usually don't have time to get on the computer, I pull up MFP on my phone. I have not found a way to access this board from the phone app. Does anyone know if that is possible?

Try not eating out for a week or 2. Only eat where you can measure EVRYTHING accurately. Absolutley no guessing for 2 weeks. Then see what happens.

Seems veryone on here has great weight loss and/or are on maintenance. That should tell us something about logging! So I am on day 3, vow to log daily!!

Is there any protein powder without sugar or sweetners? I don't use sugar on sweetners in my diet as they are triggers for me.

I treat myself to new excercis gadgets--heart rate montior, special running shoes, buy a TRX class at the gym. I'm thinking I may buy a recumbant bike to have at home so I can pedal while I read. I can always dream of new exercise gadgets and feel if I am loosing the weight I kinda deserve to buy them....

A BIG part of weight loss is dealing with triggers to keep that deficit going. If you can't deal with the triggers, you can't get the deficit.

So I had the same probelm. I bought a heart rate monitor which gives me the calories I burn in exercise. Unfortunatly it is 1/3 to 1/2 less than I was pciking here in MFP. AND i was eating my excersice calories. So now I am entering less calories for exercise and am eating very few of my exercise calories and the scale is…

Have you recently started exercising? When I started exercising it took 6 months, yes 6 months, to see a weight loss, altough my clothes were fitting better. I was not happy either, but what does giving up do--nothing. I also found I lost on the days I did NOT exercise. So sometimes I did that, just to see the scale move.…

25 would be great. My main goal is to not be classified as "overweight" any more and that would do it! I was once 3/4 lb away from that and then sabboaged myself!! Can you beleive?

We can do it. Need a plan for hard times, hungry times, point of decision times.

OK, let's do this. My problem is hunger. I do fine until I am hungry, then seems like all bets are off. What do you do when you get hungry?
