Got to finally do it! My goal is to not eat anything I can't measure and eat between 1100 and 1200 healthy calories per day. Just finished day 1!

    I am down to my last 10-15. I haven't been cutting back at all, just tracking to see what baseline is. Well, baseline is like 1800-2000ish. With minimal exercise. I'm going to cut back slowly with a goal of 1600. Slow and steady! Feel free to add me.

    Done for today. If I can't measure it, I don't eat it! Evenings are the hardest!

    Yes, seems to be making a difference! If I can't measure it I don't eat it. Give me 1-2 more days and I will let you know!

    Yes, it is working! Plateau is finally broken! Weight is coming off. Now to see if it will acyually continue. If I can't measure it, I don't eat it.
