Exercise, weight loss and myopathy
Anyone out there have myopsthy and/or muscar dystrophy? Does it make exercising more difficult, make you tired? Trying to figure out how to manage this.

Gain post big calorie burn
Everytime I do a big burn such as a 4 hour bike ride, 5k, I am up by 1 to 2 lb the next day. I log calories and stay under goal by 300 to 500 calories, but still gain. Is this common and why?

Simple plan for maintenance
