Love this. One thing I've learned is that when you least want to workout or eat healthy is probably when you need it the most! Exercise is my therapy/ stress relief!!!

Well My New Year's Resolution was to give up pop and deep fried foods. I've been able to do a fairly good job on giving up pop and have only had a couple of slip ups with deep fried foods. So for Lent I'm going to improve on giving up deep fried foods and I'm going to work towards giving up emotional eating.

I plan on having strawberries and dipping them in melting chocolate. It's the healthiest treat I can think of that feels like Valentine's.

I have a fear of zombies and can't watch even the silliest zombie movies without a risk of nightmares (same goes for any movie with bodies floating in water). Blood, gore, or psychological thrillers....not a problem!

I think it might be better to plan for a cheat meal rather than a cheat day but it depends on how "bad" your're going to be. Overall it's ok to be 90% good and 10% bad. If you're going to do an entire day, maybe make it one day out of 10 so that you know you're being good 90% of the time.
