Does the syrup have sugar alcohols in it? My tummy will bloat bad from too many eggs/sugar alcohol/Splenda/sodium/not enough fiber.

Also try getting in more water. My tummy does the same thing. I have some food allergies/ sensitivities that I didn't know about. I also have to watch how much sodium I get. because my hands and feet will swell so bad it hurts.

Also ice it several times a day for about 20 mins at a time. Ibuprofen may help also. Sounds like you tweaked it. If it doesn't get better go see a doctor.

I gave up caffeine for both my pregnancies. The headaches only last for a few days. Ibuprofen helps.

Angel food cake is usually low in calories. You can add sliced strawberries and lite cool whip.

Ebay will have some occasionally. Amazon had something called XFit I think that looked similar.

How long have you been lifting? If it's only recent it's water. After leg day, when my pant legs will be tighter from the workout also. You'll hold water for a day or two. If you were to take a few days off you could see if it's just water retention.

I started in group classes at the Y. Not as expensive as a personal trainer. Mark Rippetoe has some great videos on form. You can find them online.

Can you use dumbbells instead and place them on your shoulders. Not sure what your limits are.
