I'm on the last week of 30 Day Shred and just because I'm inpatient I popped in Ripped in 30 the other day and can't wait to start that one up! I burned about 75 more calories than I usually burn with 30DS!!! Love Jillians also!!

I'm on level 3 of 30DS and I'm 32 yrs old and weigh 215 lbs! I had to do some of the modifications and am seeing a big improvement in what I can do now and what I could do at level 1. If your having trouble with the squats just don't go down as far! The more you practice the better you'll get! Stick to it!!

You should lift every other day no back to backs. The muscles need time to rebuild. :) EDIT~ I've been lifting for a month now and I do around an hour of lifting and I'm sore every time after lifting! But how sore are you? Are you stretching?

I just started week one day one today. I do mind outside as I don't have access to the gym or a treadmill. I've walked/ jogged outside and don't care what ppl think anymore. You gotta focus on you and not worry about what others think!! Good Luck! And when I run alone (usually hubby goes with me) I care pepper spray!! :)

Do you lift>? I've heard that helps tone up skin. That's what I'm doing to try and prevent having loose skin, but it will probably happen anyways! lol

I was on 1200-1300 per day but after being on a plateau for months I've upped my calories to 1400-1500 per day. I'm 31, 223 lbs, 5'9'' feel free to add me!!

Don't starve yourself!!! You have mentioned before that you've had a hard time getting to your calorie goal so, this week should be no problem! :)

Don't give up! I've been plateaued for a month also I was down to 224 and last week 226 this week 225 it really stinks not seeing a lower number but you gotta be happy for your bf! I hope he is supporting you and telling you not to give up! I'm just upping my workouts and trying to eat better! Don't have any good advice…

I'll add you and good luck at your weight lose! You gotta get motivated to lose it. Put a picture of yourself on your fridge(so every time you go to snack you'll see yourself), pull a pair of jeans out of the closet that are too tight now that you want to wear, journal everything that you put in your mouth and drink plenty…

Thank you all, the food side is really not the problem for me as we have a skillet, microwave, two fridges, kettle, and a crock pot. I cook all the meals in the truck while my husband drives.
