For me I started having significant success when I started eating 5 meals a day. They are roughly equal in calorie size and I eat as soon as I wake up and then roughly every three hours. There is the theory that it starts your metabolism and keeps it going. I have also read that theory is BS. (who knows) I think it works…

I have found this current challenge to be very helpful.....so yea I would be in. No sweet ideas for a name....but if any pop into the head I will let you know.

It has helped me a bunch. Guess it keeps me accountable. I also learn ideas from friends and those ideas have improved my personal plan.

Inspired by the same documentary I coincidentally started the same today. My initial plan is 3-5 days but we will see. Good luck to you. The benefits seem worth the effort to me.............So far so good!

Hi. I guess I have one. Went to the gym today to re-enroll. I have lost about 100 since I have seen the guy who runs the joint. I went into his office to talk to him and when he looked up from his computer he uttered "holy ****". bahahahahaha Felt pretty good. Congrats to all of you on your success!

I eat roughly a pound of sweet potato's per day. I feel weird doing it but...................Oh well!

This has been a tough week. I have been eating real well and exercising a bunch and gaining weight so far this week. It makes me feel like someone is screaming at me that 2+2=9. It seems to maybe be a result of me being addicted to the scale. Time to do something about that and commit to weekly weigh ins only. Hope…
