  • Thank you for responding! Thats exactly the advise I'm looking for! Don't wanna jump in and make make too many drastic changes all at once. So far I'm trying to drink more water and cut out drinking coffee with sugar every day and reduce the pop that I drink. Thanks again for the tips!:happy:
