  • If you're doing this properly, you'll see results. It's just a matter of time. Took me several weeks to really see/feel the impact. Just stick to it.
  • This sounds considerably more healthy than actual ice cream. Far fewer empty calories. Sure there's some sugar in here but it's mostly the bananas or break down of the peanut butter. I'd do this much more comfortably over a spoonful of vanilla!
  • The best part is your obvious smile factor improvement. Healthiness is happiness!
  • Couple of weeks. I wager it's due to a lack of consistency in my eating and lifestyle. I've had a lot of distractions, none too devastating, but distractions nonetheless.
