Wholemeal toast with crunchy peanut butter and sliced banana; tea; latte.

This morning was granary toast with scrambled eggs, plus lots of tea. Tomorrow morning I'm having porridge with chopped banana, almonds and cranberry.

Anyone?

I love most veg, although mushrooms are probably my fave! I eat green beans and broccoli most days!

I stopped eating meat two years ago and feel better than ever! I'm now on a veeeeeeeeeeery recent transition to veganism (several days ago) and felt a little rough for a day but I think that was my body reacting to a large amount of soy products in place of dairy but seems to be evening out already and the last two days…

Weetabix, banana, seeds and vanilla soya milk. Tomorrow I'm doing French toast with blueberries and strawberries.

Work is a bone of contention for me also and a huge source of stress, plus working long, unsociable hours doesn't help as I was not having that mental down time. Add in some other life stress and bouts of anxiety/depression made things difficult. Exercise helps but for me personally, the biggest factors to help me calm is…

I used to purchase mine from Holland and Barrett but recently discovered MyProtein website, a lot cheaper for a little more and tons more flavours. And yeah, they do have the V sign.

The animal lover vegetarian, but it has definitely made me realise more about nutrition so although I'm not a "Health Nut" I feel better as I now eat way more fruit/veggies.

Going from your profile picture, there is a definite change in your legs and I actually think you have AWESOME legs! Show them off girl :) I love strong legs!

Arm day -- push muscles! I'm doing YAYOG. Juuuuuuust finished/ Push ups with feet elevated, Chinese push ups, close grip push ups and dips -- intervals. Quick protein shake then back to work!

Everything full fat (unless it's a rare occassion in work where I've forgotten my whole milk and there is only staff's semi-skimmed for tea/coffee :)) Prefer the taste of full fat, it's more 'natural' for me and I could actually do with the calories!

Tom...it's good to hear that you've had a negative response from stopping the protein powder (hopefully in a few months I can afford a tub! Such is life!) Forty6and2....Yeah I love Greek yoghurt but at this point in time, it's whatever is on offer right now (only buy organic dairy) Never heard of Kashi cereal but I'll have…

I'm 5"5 and weigh 123lbs. I feel comfortable at this weight and absolutely do not want to go any lower. If anything, I want to round it up to 125. I went down to 119 last summer (not intentionally, through stress) and I started looking ill/gaunt.

Two slices of wholemeal toast with crunchy peanut butter and mixed seeds, lots of tea with whole milk. :)

I get extremely weak, shaky, tired, have headaches and most importantly, extremely irritable! I turn into the Hulk without regular food.  :explode: lol

Eating at a calorie deficit = weight loss. Exercise helps to burn more calories so can definitely aide it. Yes, walking helped me but it was a combination of several things (mostly overhauling my nutrition) that made me lose weight. We got the dog around the same time as I transitioned into a vegetarian (that alone made me…

I started off at 155lbs, my initial goal was 135lbs but after a lot of stress last year, I dropped to 119lbs without even attempting to! I was starting to look gaunt/unhealthy. I'm now around 123lbs and have been able to maintain that for quite some time and feel happy and healthy.

Nope! My dad used to but I never have....just sounds like extra work which = longer for food to enter my mouth! :noway: I looooooooooove mushrooms!

I'm seven weeks into the second level, and loving it so far. Some days are more challenging then others but have seen a lot of changes to by body. My legs have become leaner but strong (I love strong legs!), I have a lot more definition in my arms/upper body and my bum has became a lot more pert/firmer ;) I've had a lot of…

I eat Quorn a couple of times a week (I'm vegetarian) and although I'm now on maintenance, it never hindered my weight loss at all. Quorn offers a good variety to add to my meals sometimes, esepecially stir fry, etc. However, I try not to rely on it too much as I prefer to get the nutritional benefits from beans, pulses,…

 WOW!! Absolutely stunning transformation, well done and congrats on #3!

I thought I needed to eat at a slight deficit to lose body fat?? Just have that last bit to lose around the stomach area -- last place to go for me. No idea what my BF% is right now, I'm due to have it done at my local gym next week. Really, really do not want my weight to drop any further as I was looking unhealthy.…

Close grip push ups, and I'm so glad I'm not the only one lol. They wreck me!
-
You look incredible. Definitely the inspiration and boost I needed after a few weeks/months of letting it all fall by the way side. Just beautiful! :)
-
My usual is peanut butter on toast with seed mix, and piece of fruit. Or, Weetabix with almond milk, chopped banana and mixed seeds. I want to look up some recipes for protein based vegan pancakes for when I have more time, and I really want to get into smoothies/juices.
