@thelowhistami: I really agree with you. Healthy diet in a wrong way. I can see how I stuffed up my body. For sure I am aware that I can fix it by diet. I will keep a variety in my diet with low histamine and also look in to my Vitamin needs. Thank you very much.

Thanks. My one also has the strap and this one had a very good review (FT4). One of my client who runs a Sports Equip store sold hundreds of FT4. You know it is not a problem if it reads less than the machine, but you will doubt if it is more !!. that's what happened to me.

OK, I bought FT4. Now my problem is my HRM says I burn 428 Clas for 31 mins, while my elliptical trainer says I did 350. Which is true. My avg heart rate was 155 BPM for 31 mins and I am a (Male,29yrs,171cm).

Stick to South Indian vegetarian food, Light,healthy and not too much masala. Things like Idly,Dosa, Sambar, any indian fish dish. No Naan but rotti is good. Strictly no food court foods or 2 curry for $8.

Thanks guys, VERY useful. I don't have any condition but I was bit anxious after someone told me that consuming too much sugar will store bad fat. Forgot to ask him he means natural sugar or added. By the way I also didn't like having sandwich twice a day and switch to wholemeal Pasta :) god I hate cooking.
