Loosing just WATER??

Hi there,
I am in a big confusion and PANIC. Exactly a month ago I was 85kg (187 lb) and now 81kg(178.5 lb). I have been maintaining 1240 cal diet recommended by the app under the following settings,
-- Start weight: 85 kg
-- Goal weight: 60 kg
-- Height: 171 cm (5.6 feet)
-- Weight loss goal: 2 lbs/week
-- Exercise Goal: 5 times/week
I am strictly following the diet (except occasional feast at friends place) and doing my exercise ( manly Cardio 20-30 mins / daily).
I do drink lot of water now, at least 8 cups of water. Nowadays, I drink bit more water (like 13 to 15 cups), I feel my stomach is bloating otherwise. A month ago I hardly drink water and survived with just some tea (indian chai).
Now I do feel healthy, I don't have anymore stomach bloating ( my main trouble for last 2 yrs) and also feel a bit (I mean a bit) better.
After checking my weight 2 days ago and couldn't see any physical difference (not even sure with my pant size). So, I was googling my scenario.There comes the shock or warning that I may be just loosing the water weight not fat and loosing water weight is short term and will get right back
soon.
Question:
1) Am I really loosing just water?
2) If so am I not healthy or won't get healthier if I keep maintain my diet?
3) I can't get rid of my sponge like body especially the belly even after few years?
I really feel bad now. It would be great if someone could advise me. (sorry abt my short essay).

Water can also be retained in the muscles for recovery if you have been working out.
Let me share something with you.. in my first month I lost 17 pounds. I started off a lot bigger though. I didn't think I looked any different, and still wore the same clothes. What I did have was day 1 and day 30 pictures. It was an obvious difference. Sometimes it's hard to notice it yourself. I still go through it every month. When I take my pics, I dont think I look different than before.. until I put them side by side.
There are a lot of places on the body to lose fat than just what is covering your stomach. Your back, your butt, and even the fat around your organs that you will never see. My fingers got thinner. My hat size went down!
Keep drinking your water, and stay on track. Your body just started going through big changes!0
