Try buying jarred baby food veggies and add them to your favorite sauces and soups until you know which ones you like with what. Then once you've found one or two that you like, you can steam and puree them yourself and keep adding them to your food. Even into spaghetti sauce or most spicy sauces as well!

Buy a chicken or turkey (organic if you want) and roast it yourself. Let it cool completely and slice it up for "lunchmeat" and/or chicken salad with low-fat or FF mayo, celery, onions. Hard boiled eggs too for salads or sandwiches.

I used 3/4 cup CoCo Puffs (120 calories) instead of the 1/2 cup oatmill (150 calories) and they were delish. Who would think that CoCo Puffs are less calories than oatmill? HA! Thanks for posting it!

If you don't want or can't get Shiritaki noodles, use zuchinni ribbons instead. It is peeled zuchinni steamed on stove for a few minutes (or zapped) and toss with anything you like, including this peanut butter Thai sauce. For lunch today, I'm having 7 ounces steamed zuchinni ribbons with tomatoe sauce, garlic, Italian…

Someone who claims he was drunk, didn't know what he was doing, and can't remember "all of it" is lying in my book because if he was that drunk he would not have been capable of cheating!! he'd be more likely to be passed out somewhere if that drunk!

I wonder how it would taste and how much less calories the recipe would be if I used 3 cups of cooked veggies of choice(zuchinni or cauliflower would be mine) instead of the 10 oz. medium elbow macaroni (3 cups)?
