Thank you. I was trying to figure out how to log it so I get the correct amount of calories burned for my weight based on the speed changes and incline height. I guess I should have stated that in the first post!

Personally, I don't feel it matters. If I work out at night, I stay up late because I am energized. If I didn't start work so early, I'd rather go in the mornings. I would also eat before a work out to get energy! Have a great day, Sharon

I'm struggling to stay under my goal. MFP set my calorie goal based on the weight I want to lose. If I eat the total plus the exercise calories, how do I lose weight? Thanks! Sharon
